Sentral
Drysdale Primary School primarily uses the Sentral platform to manage communication and tasks such as attendance, student information, and parent payments. Parents can conveniently access Sentral through the Sentral for Parents app or by logging in via the Parent Portal on a web browser.
Absences
Parents can easily report student absences using the Sentral for Parents app or through the Sentral Parent Portal.
We encourage you to log your child’s future absences and unexplained absences through Sentral.
Steps on how to complete a future absence via the Sentral app:
- Login to the app
- Click on Absences
- Press the + button at the top right
- Select student
- Select reason for absence
- Select relevant dates
- Include a comment if necessary
- Click Send
Parent Payments & Excursions
Parents can make payments for curriculum contributions and extra-curricular activities, including camps and excursions, conveniently through Sentral.
Excursion permission requests are also sent via Sentral. Parents should review and grant permission using either the Sentral for Parents app or the Sentral Parent Portal to ensure their child’s participation.
Learning Conversations (Parent / Teacher Interviews)
Booking appointments for Learning Conversations with teachers is simple and can be done directly through Sentral.
Other Information
Sentral also provides access to important school communications such as school news broadcasts, year-level updates and calendars, helping families stay connected and informed.
